One year ago,

First Day of School
Ruth -3rd Grade; Gage – 1st Grade

This year,

First day of school - 2007-2008
Ruth – 4th Grade; Gage – 2nd Grade

    WOW! What a difference, indeed! I’d forgotten how quickly they change. Try to do this every year, and compare when they’re out of grade school.

    It is incredible to see how much they change in just a year’s time. I hope you will continue to do this, the difference is just remarkable. (And wow, are they cute!)

    The change gives me goosebumps! They look so confident and ready to go this year. Last year they looked so excited they seem to be vibrating!!

    Oh my yes, lots of changes. Including, apparently lots more homework given the rolling backpack gear they’ve got this year 😉

    Lynne had a great idea with this. It’s neat to see the way kids change and grow into *themselves* over time.
