A Stranger

20 Oct

Unknown bird???

I have never seen you before
You are strange to me
You seem wary in my yard
Approaching the feeder with caution and care
Will you stay long or must you journey on
Your way will be easier with good food and rest

How pretty, the poem and the photo. Calming and pleasant!

Oh I can’t read it, I can only see the bird. How frustrating!
