Handsome Canine Creature

Driving over to IKEA the other day, we took a different route than usual. It’s a lovely drive up to the top of our mountains and then along the ridge. The weather was sunny and clear and we were enjoying the view. We stopped and turned around and went back for a better look at this handsome creature.

I feel badly that he had to alter his plans for us but he clearly wasn’t freaked out or anything — just wanted a little distance between us.  What a lovely, lovely creature.  I especially love that he looks so healthy and content.  The kids got good looks at him — actually put down their DSes and looked and talked about him and everything!  🙂
