White-Crowned Sparrow

Our campsite was surrounded by trees that were loaded with small, sweet plums.  Birds were brazen in their attempt to get to the fruit.  These guys were singing happily.

Love that White-crowned sparrow. I’m looking forward to seeing them here this winter. We always had them for summer in Washington. Their sweet song woke us in the morning. Great photo.
