Can you tell how wonderful my mother-in-law is by her joyous smile? Or is it in the happy, loving smile of her son?
This picture of the two of them together was the best one I took that day. I just love it. I was trying to capture my son cutting down his first tree ‘all by himself’ but there are just so many shots of an 8 year old’s butt that you can take before you start looking around. And, I saw these two watching him. I called them and voila.
This, my friends, is why we have the holidays.
If I’d know I was going to capture magic this way, I’d have made Greg change his shirt. Heck, we’re not even Broncos fans. What was he thinking?
But, still, I am blessed.
Someday he will be so thankful for this snapshot. Beautiful job Liza. :c)
Yes, you can see the love between those two, and it’s wonderful. With a mom like that, no wonder he’s such a keeper!
Awwwwwwww!
Very nice :)))
And he was probably thinking that he doesn’t care if he trashes the Broncos shirt 😉
You’re right, Phyllis. He was thinking that. Bummer though, when I showed him the picture he said, “Well, it’s good of my mom.” He couldn’t see past the crappy shirt to see that he looked good as well. Oh well.
Wonderful photo. You are so blessed indeed.
What a great photo!!!!!
