Skywatching in a forest . . .

Sometimes you can’t see the sky for the trees . . . or something like that! you can see glimmers of blue and all that dazzle is the sun shining through the trees!

    Is this at Muir woods? That’s what I always thinking of for big trees in northern california.

      Nope, very close to me in Felton, California — near Santa Cruz at Henry Cowell State Park. It’s the Flatiron Tree, I believe.
