Boulder Creek Ravens

12 Jan

It’s raining here today which is, of course, what we expect in the winter. I’m not complaining because we need the rain. Despite being an “El Nino” year, we have not gotten all that much rain yet this year. January is usually one of our rainiest months and this is our first rain in January.

Still, the pitter-patter on my roof is making me thinking about other mornings. On this day, the fog was lifting off the redwoods as I watched Ravens dancing overhead. It was beautiful.
